MY DESIGN PROCESS: A Learning Story

Every learning solution has a beginning, middle, and transformation.

My design process follows the ADDIE model, but I frame it as a journey—one that begins with curiosity, grows through creativity, and ends with measurable impact.

Analyze

Every story begins with discovery. As a problem-solver, I dig beneath the surface to uncover the real challenges organizations face. Through empathy and inquiry and working with the SMEs, I identify learner needs and align them with business goals. This ensures the training has purpose and impact from the very start.

Design

This is where vision takes shape. I create strategic and creative blueprints—storyboards, outlines, and learning paths—that balance innovation with proven methods. With a vibrant and fresh approach, I ensure the design feels modern, engaging, and learner-centered, while always tied to performance outcomes.

Develop

Here, the ideas transform into real learning experiences. I design and develop engaging, scenario-based interactions that reflect authentic workplace challenges. Each activity allows learners to practice skills in a safe space, combining creativity, persistence, and attention to detail to bring the content to life.

Implement

This is the big debut. Whether launched in a learning management system, facilitated in a classroom, or delivered in a blended format, I ensure every solution rolls out smoothly. With a confident and persistent approach, I manage the details so learners can focus on what matters: growth and success.

Evaluate

Every story should leave a lasting impression. I collect feedback, measure results, and identify opportunities for improvement. By applying an empathetic and learner-centered lens, I make sure the training not only meets business goals but also resonates with the people it was built for—creating a cycle of continuous improvement.
