Project: Preparing for a Cookie Class
Business Purpose: Sweet Sisters Corner Bakery is adding cookie decorating classes in an effort to their customer base and increase revenue. The instructors (baker cookie decorators), need to be equip with the skills and processes needed to deliver classes that are well-organized, welcoming, and consistent.
Solution: A practical e-Learning module developed in Articulate Rise 360 with variety of interactions that are spread throughout the course which will ensure the staff will experience realistic situations, make decisions, and practice tasks.

Project: Canine Cove: Welcome to the Pack!!
Business Purpose: Canine Cove is experiencing high turnover rate because employees do not feel prepared enough to handle high stress situations when dealing with their canine residents. They want to provide new team members with the tools and knowledge they need to perform their role effectively as Canine Coaches, reduce uncertainty of potentially stressful situations, and boost confidence during their critical first months.
Solution: An interactive, scenario-based course built in Storyline 360 where team members practice real decisions they’ll face at Canine Cove, applying knowledge through problem-solving and observation in a safe, hands-on way.
